The authors describe the method of the aspiration-lavage treatment of perforations of the thoracic portion of the esophagus with a false passage into the mediastinum by a two-lumen tube introduced through the perforation opening with the help of an esophagoslone in combination with transcatheteral feeding. The recovery was reached in all the four patients without a surgical intervention.
