The use of 111-InOx autologous lymphocytes as a means of diagnosing allograft rejection by gamma camera scanning was found to be reliable and specific. The finding that localization of labeled lymphocytes in autotransplants could not be detected by scanning was confirmed histologically by the lack of lymphocytic infiltration.
