The authors report a case of angio-follicular lymph node hyperplasia in contact with a mesenteric tuberculous lymphadenopathy. Three laparotomies performed close together, lead them to confirm that a localized antigenic stimulation associated with considerable hemodynamic disturbances in the venous and lymphatic systems may be the cause of an angio-follicular lymph node hyperplasia in a non-lymphoid organ.
