The authors relate an observation of a postgastrectomic jejuno-gastric invagination. On this occasion they make a general survey of the literature and analyze the 113 cases published up to now. The frequencies of apparition of this complication are much variable, from a few days up to several decades and the clinical symptoms are chronic or acute. They insist on the interest granted by the radiologic and endoscopic examinations for the diagnosis and on the proposed treatment aiming a twofold goal: reduce the invagination and avoid the recurrence.
