The immunologic, histologic changes in the regional lymphatic nodes, and histologic changes in the muscular tissue of the damaged extremity in creation in animals of the model of acute and chronic lymphovenous insufficiency are presented. Immunologic changes in the lymphatic nodes appear earlier and retain longer, than those in the blood. This indicates the expediency to perform endolymphatic immunologic correction.
