In 78 patients with acute appendicitis, penicillin with kanamycin in combination with methyluracil and levamisole were used. It was established that antibiotics in combination with immunostimulators restored the indices of immune reactivity of an organism, which were impaired in isolated use of antibiotics. In the experiment on 300 albino rats, the results confirming the clinical observations were obtained.
