Epidermoid implantation cysts are relatively rare lesions of the oral region. A lesion occurring in the lower lip of a 21-year-old man is reported. In the pathogenesis of these lesions, trauma is usually the precipitating factor. Treatment is surgical and histopathologic examination will give the final diagnosis.
