A recurrent adenoid cystic carcinoma of the hard palate extending to the maxillary sinus was resected through the versatile midface degloving approach. The surgical technique is discussed, and advantages and limits of the procedure are analyzed. The authors recommend this approach for midface tumors which avoids a facial scar and which sounds oncological.
