Different approaches are described to isolation and purification of soluble and membrane-bound 3':5'-AMP-dependent protein kinases from different tissues and intracellular structures. Main stages of the enzyme isolation: homogenization of tissues, acidic precipitation, fractionation by ammonium sulphate, chromatography on ion-exchangers and gel filtration, are characterized.
