Congenital "H type" urethroanal and urethroperineal fistulas are extremely rate anomalies. The treatment of these pathologies is very complex and there is no well established surgical approach. An urethroperineal fistula is presented and the treatment is discussed. Additionally the literature in English on the subject is reviewed.
