Hansen's disease, caused by Mycobacterium leprae, classically presents with cutaneous and neurological manifestations. Rheumatologic manifestations present in 1 to 5% of the patients, and include arthritis, arthralgias, Charcot arthropathy, erythema nodosum and vasculitis.
