Arterial tortuosity syndrome (ATS) is a rare connective tissue disease characterized by aneurysms and stenosis of large elastic arteries. In this case report, we present the case of an eight-year-old with ATS who underwent successful hemi-arch and ascending aortic replacement with tube graft.
