Advanced prostate cancer responds well to endocrine therapy initially, but soon becomes refractory and has a poor prognosis. We analyzed the prognostic factors of prostate cancer responding well initially to maximal androgen blockade (MAB) but later showing PSA relapse and treated with estrogen.
