Stillbirth is a relatively uncommon pregnancy complication in developed countries yet causing strong emotional burden. Thrombophilia has been associated with stillbirth but population-based studies are few. We assessed selected genetic and acquired parameters for the risk of unexplained stillbirth, including FV Leiden.
