Medical castration with long-acting GnRH-agonist (GnRHa) is a well-established treatment for metastatic prostate cancer. Our aim was to explore the relationships between FSH, inhibin B, anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH), and testosterone during treatment with an implant releasing GnRHa.
