Open adrenalectomy has been almost replaced by mini-invasive laparoscopic surgery. There are two popular mini-invasive laparoscopic adrenalectomy approaches: retroperitoneal and transperitoneal approaches. This study was to summarize our experience in transperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy.
