GPVI is a major platelet collagen signaling receptor. In rare cases of immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), autoantibodies to GPVI result in receptor shedding. Objectives: To investigate a possible pathogenic role of plasma anti-GPVI antibody located in a woman with lupus nephritis.
