A neonate, with a rare, large, congenital epulis of the anterior maxilla, which resulted in oral feeding obstruction, is presented. Due to its easy accessibility, narrow pedicle to the alveolus, and benign clinical behavior, permanent eradication of the tumor by simple excision under local anesthesia was performed.
