Conjunctival hyperemia is the most common finding in patients with allergic conjunctivitis. Histamine is a typical chemical mediator involved in allergic conjunctivitis and induces hyperemia. Here, we investigated the kinetic changes in bulbar hyperemia induced by histamine in eyedrops.
