The symptoms associated with ovarian cancer are vague. Endometriosis, which causes dysmenorrhea and dyspareunia, is frequently detected along with ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCCC). We have therefore evaluated the clinical manifestations of OCCC based on the co-existence of endometriosis.
