The aim of the present pilot study was to test the feasibility and short-term impact of a multi-component risk factor intervention for reducing (i) coronary heart disease (CHD) risk; (ii) smoking; and (iii) weight among smokers with psychosis. Secondary dependent variables included physical activity, unhealthy eating, substance use, psychiatric symptomatology, treatment retention, general functioning, and quality of life.
