Gunshot accidents are not uncommon in Taiwan, but involvement limited to the ocular region and sphenoid sinus is rare. Minimal invasive treatment by endonasal transsphenoidal endoscopy-assisted procedure should be considered if there are no additional injuries in the craniocerebral region.
