Secondary hyperparathyroidism (sHPT) is common in patients with chronic renal failure. Bilateral cervical exploration is optimal for patients with sHPT. The aims of this clinical trial are to evaluate the feasibility of video-assisted subtotal parathyroidectomy as an alternative surgical treatment for sHPT.
