Extraskeletal osteosarcoma is a rare mesenchymatous tumour occurring in adults aged over 50 years and is located mainly in the limbs or retroperitoneum. We report a case of metastatic extraskeletal osteosarcoma revealed by a cutaneous occipital tumour site.
