The Vienna Challenge Chamber (VCC) offers a controlled and controllable paradigm in which to reproducibly evaluate the efficacy of anti-allergic treatment. The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of the novel intranasal corticosteroid fluticasone furoate (FF) in the VCC.
