The role of stereotactic radiosurgery for the treatment of intracranial benign tumors is well established. There is less experience and more controversy regarding its use for benign tumors of the spine. This study evaluated the clinical efficacy of radiosurgery as part of the treatment paradigm of selected benign tumors of the spine.
