Most centers advocate orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) for patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and cirrhosis. Management of PSC patients without cirrhosis remains controversial. We examined the results of extrahepatic biliary resection (EHBR) for PSC.
