Huntington disease is an autosomal dominant, progressive neurodegenerative disorder, starting in adulthood. International recommendations were created for presymptomatic testing (genetic test performed before symptoms appear). During the initial preparation for presymptomatic testing, a genetic counsellor, neurologist and psychologist attend.
