Description of a new surgical technique for the demolition and reconstruction of a breast and nipple at the same time without surgical dissection of the anatomic sede. This is possible only at certain stages of the illness when it is possible to save the great pectoral muscle and a large part of skin over the mammary gland. This allows a neater appearance respecting the radical oncology surgery.
