Sirolimus-eluting stents (SES) have been shown to significantly reduce restenosis in the treatment of lesions in large coronary arteries. We assessed and compared the in-hospital and long-term outcomes of patients treated with SES and bare-metal stents (BMS) for small coronary artery disease.
