Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has been increasingly employed to treat unprotected left main coronary artery (LMCA) stenosis, with variable success. This strategy has been applied to patients undergoing drug-eluting stent (DES) implantation for unprotected LMCA stenosis.
