Induction chemotherapy plus concurrent radiochemotherapy may prolong disease-free and overall survival of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients. This study was to compare the long-term efficacy of induction chemotherapy plus concurrent radiochemotherapy and radiotherapy alone on advanced NPC.
