Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a common urologic malignant tumor. Radical nephrectomy is the major treatment for RCC. Approaching route selection, lymphadenectomy selection, and lymphadenectomy extension are debated. This study was to summarize our experience on transabdominal radical nephrectomy for RCC.
