The clinical impact of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) in gastric cancer is controversial. We performed a prospective trial to compare different methods: radiocolloid method (RM), dye method (DM), and both methods simultaneously (dual method, or DUM) for reliability and therapeutic consequences.
