Renal insufficiency is prevalent in patients with heart failure and indicates poor prognosis. We examine (i) the relationship between left ventricular (LV) reverse remodeling (RR) and renal function and (ii) the prognostic value of renal function in patients receiving cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT).
