Angiographic collateral vessel filling is limited to evaluate collateral-dependent myocardium. We hypothesize, that quantitative assessment of regional myocardial function, perfusion and viability with Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR) adds complementary information to angiography of collateralized myocardium.
