To evaluate the effects of porcine mucin- and carboxymethylcellulose-based (CMC) solutions on the inhibition of demineralization of pre-demineralized bovine enamel and dentin in vitro. Additionally the sugar substitutes sorbit or xylit were added to the various solutions.
