Iniencephaly is a rare malformation characterized by the triad of occipital bone defect, cervical dysraphism and fixed retroflexion of the fetal head with poor prognosis. We present a case one of the twin with iniencephaly and congenital heart defect (common atrio-ventricular canal) with normal karyotype.
