Lymphoproliferative diseases affecting the lung occur over a broad clinical and pathologic spectrum. Primary Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma of lung is a rare entity. Lymphomas generally affect lung secondarly. This lymphoma of lung occurs with non-specific clinical feature. The prognosis and treatment of this disease is very important due to fact that non-specific and different clinic are seen. In this paper, current approach in pulmonary primer lymphoma is presented.
