To assess the accuracy of echocardiography for predicting pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in a cohort of patients with systemic sclerosis and other connective tissue diseases, and to evaluate whether addition of the right ventricular (RV) Tei-index contributes to the non-invasive diagnosis of PAH in this patient group.
