Total elbow arthroplasty (TEA) often results in severe postoperative pain requiring hospitalization to provide potent analgesia. This prospective series investigated the feasibility of converting TEA into an ambulatory procedure using a continuous infraclavicular nerve block provided at home with a portable infusion pump.
