In this double-blinded, randomized controlled trial, we compared the clinical advantages and disadvantages of patient-controlled-analgesia (PCA) with continuous infusion (CI) with tramadol alone versus a combination of tramadol plus ketorolac in the management of postoperative pain after major abdominal surgery.
