Nonoperative management (TNO) of traumatic liver injury is the choice in hemodinamically stable patients without other abdominal injuries requiring celiotomy, apart from liver injury grading and amount of free peritoneal blood. CT-scan and angiographic embolization availability increase TNO feasibility.
