Poor collection results are a clinical problem in granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF)-induced peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) collection in healthy donors. It would be beneficial to be able to predict the PBSC yield from allogeneic donors before mobilization or harvesting.
