To evaluate a newly developed semi-automatic computer-based method to analyze the objectivity of the Bruxcore Bruxism-Monitoring Device (BBMD) by assessing the interrater reliability. The capability of the BBMD to differentiate between sleep bruxers (SB) and healthy controls was also verified by estimating the sensitivity, specificity, and predictive values.
