Stentless aortic bioprostheses offer excellent hemodynamics and potentially improved durability compared with other bioprostheses. The present report describes the clinical and hemodynamic outcomes for the Freestyle aortic root bioprosthesis in a large, multicenter cohort prospectively followed up for 10 years.
