To assess the changes of the posterior corneal surface and the factors influencing these changes after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). These factors included the preoperative refraction, preoperative intraocular pressure (IOP), preoperative corneal thickness, spherical equivalent correction and one-week postoperative corneal thickness.
