The relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and clinical outcomes has been intensively studied. We intended to determine SNPs of CYP2C19 and 23S rRNA of Helicobacter pylori by using rapid urease test (RUT)-positive gastric mucosal samples.
