Metastasis suppressor gene KAI1/CD82 plays an important role in infiltration and metastasis of several types of human cancers, while the researches on its relation with cervical carcinoma are far from adequate now. Therefore, immunohistochemical techniques were employed in this study to determine the expression of KAI1 gene, and explore its clinical significance in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
