Determining clinically meaningful change of patient-reported outcome measures is important for evaluating effectiveness of treatments for gastrointestinal (GI) diseases. This study evaluates responsiveness of the Patient Assessment of Gastrointestinal Disorders-Symptom Severity Index (PAGI-SYM) in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and dyspepsia.
